Ground UPS- which is 7-10 days for standard delivery.

Express delivery is available, except for APO/FPO addresses.

Yes. 3-5 Business days ADD $5 to Shipping cost (AK, HI or PR $10.)
Next Business Day, ADD $15 to shipping cost.
Saturday delivery ADD $25 to shipping cost.
+ WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Please EMAIL US FIRST BEFORE ORDERING, so we can calculate appropriate shipping & handling costs. International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination country's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of IHEARTCO. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.

We accept major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover) as payment. We have discontinued money order payments and personal checks for the time being as they are causing complications with deliveries. And please DO NOT send cash.

Sorry, NO REFUNDS - Exchange Only. There are no refunds or credit back, however, we are committed to satisfying our customers. We will do all we can to make things right. NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. Please contact us prior to shipping merchandise back to us. Discounted merchandise is not returnable. For general merchandise: Exchange or store credit permitted on returns postmarked within 30 days of order date, sorry no refunds. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
